Impressions from German Historical Museum

I just realized that I posted a lot of pictures taken in a museum and actually I´ve posted a lot about museums in general. This is mainly because I´ve been living and visiting cities with a strong museum proneness ever since I started the blog. Washington D.C., New York, Chicago, Hamburg, Cologne and Berlin, just to mention the bigger ones. You just need to punch in "museum" into the search field and you´ll get my museum-related blog-posts. And here is another Berlin institution, the fantastic German Historical Museum located - smack - right in the middle of Mitte.

The glass covered courtyard of the old part of the museum. This old building used to be the armory.

The sub level connecting corridor between the old and the new building.
